Crispy Parmesan Fish Fillets

2/3 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
4 tilapia fillets

1. Preheat oven to 450. Mix together bread crumbs, paprika & Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish. In a shallow bowl, mix together milk and egg. Dip each fillet in milk/egg mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.

2. Place breaded fillets on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake approximately 5-6 minutes. Turn fillets and continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes.

Serves 4.
