Chinese-Style Pork Stir-Fry

1 tbsp oil
1 lb boneless pork chops, cut into strips
2 cups pre-cut fresh stir-fry vegetables
1/4 cup Italian dressing
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp ground ginger

1. Heat oil in large non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; stir-fry for 5 minutes or until cooked through.

2. Add remaining ingredients; stir-fry 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

3. Serve over hot cooked rice.

Serves 4.
